Some meta 1-4 items refine at half meta 0 some do not. There is no indication in the db as to why. I need to create a bolt on table that allows me to record collected data about refining various modules.
faction ammo does not have all the dmg types of non faction ( meta - 0 and meata -5 ) items , ammo table above filteres out ammo with null dmg values for emp exp kin thm.
