Both Ashley and I are way behind posting pics. Well Ashley used to be, now I'm the only one horribly behind.

I have yet to finish Kew Gardens and our trip to canada in the summer.

Go take alook at some of Ashley's photos:

I've posted my first wikipedia page: Disocactus Martianus How cool is that? On a related note i've made mad updates on gallery.quadratic.net and passed 6000 pics! It's one of those odd "internet activities" that proves the you DON"T need to get out more. When I saw that I had clicked over 6000 pics, the first thing I did was check the backups, and it looks good. I have three backup copies copies and I think I might be going to two backup copies. Also I think I've decided I need a new camera, The old Power Shot s230 at a whopping 3.2 megapixels is a bit of a dinosaur. Personal favs for new updates are: And I'l far from up-to-date. Stay tuned.

Subtitles for DVD

So I have a DVD that's in Japanese and subtitled in French. I want to add my own English subtitles. I don't want to remaster the DVD. How?

I use vlc, like this:

vlc.exe dvdsimple:// :sub-file=C:\temp\my.srt
How easy was that?
